How to rate your professors in Bangladesh

Kemon Poray editorial guidance · Last reviewed

If you are searching for a way to rate your professors in Bangladesh, start with the professor's university and department. Kemon Poray brings faculty profiles and student feedback together so you can find the right person, read available ratings, and contribute your own classroom experience.

Find the right faculty profile

Browse the university directory, open the relevant department, and check the professor's name. Similar names can belong to different people. Confirm the university and designation against the university's official faculty page when possible. A directory profile identifies a faculty member; it does not mean that the university endorses student feedback. If the entry seems wrong, check it before submitting a rating.

Understand sign-in and affiliation

Reading public feedback does not require you to post a rating. To contribute, sign in with Google and choose your university and department in Settings. That assignment is permanent, so check both choices carefully before saving. Google sign-in establishes account control, not student status. Your affiliation is self-declared, and the site's contribution rules determine which professors you can rate.

Rate the classroom experience you had

Only rate a professor you studied with. Consider the separate dimensions, including grading, feedback, syllabus coverage, attendance and respect for class time. Do not turn one disagreement into the same score for every dimension. A demanding exam and clear teaching can coexist. If you cannot assess an aspect from your experience, do not invent a story to justify your overall impression.

Know what anonymous means

Your Google email, account name and handle do not appear beside public ratings. The service still keeps a private account association to prevent duplicate contributions and enforce limits. Anonymous does not mean that no account connection exists. A written review can also reveal you through its wording, so leave out names, identifying incidents and personal contact details.

Finish with useful context

If you add a written review, explain a teaching practice and its effect on your learning. For example, say whether marked work came back with explanations rather than naming a disputed grade. Reviews follow moderation rules, and submitting one does not guarantee publication. Read the privacy explanation before contributing, then use the professor's rating flow to share an experience you can stand behind.

Privacy and contributing

Public ratings and reviews do not display your email or account label. Account associations remain privately stored to prevent duplicates and control abuse. Google sign-in and a permanent university and department assignment do not prove enrollment. Only rate professors you have studied with and are eligible to rate through the existing account rules.

Find a professor and share your experience

Open a professor page, choose Rate professor, and follow the sign-in and affiliation steps. Written reviews use the existing rating flow and moderation rules.
