Independent directory and student feedback

Kemon Poray is an independent university and professor directory with student feedback. Listing a professor or university does not imply their participation, approval or endorsement. University names, academic titles and other third-party marks identify the entries and remain associated with their respective owners.

Student ratings and reviews are user-submitted experiences and opinions, not endorsements or official findings by Kemon Poray. Hosting, displaying, aggregating or moderating a contribution does not mean the platform adopts it as its own statement. Directory information, editorial guidance and student feedback are separate types of content.

Check facts before relying on a page

Directory information and faculty appointments can change. An official-source badge concerns the source of a directory entry; it does not verify every student, validate every review or guarantee that an appointment is current. Google sign-in and a self-declared university assignment do not prove class attendance or enrollment.

Scores summarize available contributions and may reflect a small or unrepresentative sample. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of every entry or contribution. Verify current course rules, appointments and requirements with official university sources before making academic, financial or other decisions. Content is general information, not professional advice.

Your responsibility for contributions

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to submit it. Rate only professors you studied with and universities you are eligible to rate under the account rules. Describe your own experience accurately, distinguish opinion from fact, and do not present speculation as something you know happened.

• Do not submit defamatory statements, fabricated reviews, unsupported accusations, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse or unlawful content. Calling a statement an opinion does not make otherwise unlawful content acceptable.
• Do not disclose personal contact details, student IDs, sensitive information, private messages or identifying details about classmates or other people.
• Do not impersonate anyone, manipulate scores, coordinate fake ratings, spam, or try to bypass contribution limits or moderation.
• Do not upload material that infringes another person's copyright or other rights. Keep public reviews focused on teaching and learning; take serious misconduct concerns to appropriate university or official channels.

Permission to use submitted content

You retain any rights you hold in your original contribution. By submitting it, you grant Kemon Poray a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and display it, combine numerical ratings into aggregates, and process it for moderation and operation of the service. This permission is limited to providing and managing Kemon Poray and does not transfer ownership of your content.

Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published, remain visible or appear without moderation. Do not submit content that you lack permission to share.

Moderation and content removal

Kemon Poray may review reports, withhold publication, hide or remove contributions, correct directory entries, and restrict abusive contributions as permitted by applicable law. Published content may not have been individually verified. Moderation does not certify truth, and a report does not by itself establish wrongdoing or guarantee removal.

Reporting and moderation controls help identify problems, but no automated filter or review process catches every issue. Nothing on this page removes the platform's obligations to respond to applicable legal requirements.

Report a content or rights concern

Open the relevant professor or university page and use its Report control. You can submit a directory report without signing in. For a concern about a written review, use its report control where available, or report the professor page and identify the specific review in the details.

Include the page URL, the exact statement or entry at issue, why you believe it is inaccurate or unlawful, and an official source or other relevant evidence. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the material and the rights you believe are affected. Keep sensitive documents and unnecessary personal information out of the report. False or abusive reports are prohibited.

These reporting instructions apply to students, faculty, university representatives and other affected people. The report form is for content concerns; it is not an emergency service, a substitute for contacting appropriate authorities, or a designated channel for serving formal legal process.

Public anonymity has limits

Public ratings and reviews do not display your email or account label. The service retains private account associations for duplicate prevention and abuse controls, as explained in the privacy notice. Your wording may still identify you. Anonymity does not eliminate legal responsibilities, prevent lawful disclosure requirements, or authorize unlawful content.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

To the extent applicable law permits, the service and its content are provided as available, without warranties about uninterrupted access, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. External links are provided for reference; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of every statement on an external site, and Kemon Poray does not control those sites.

Limitations of liability

To the extent applicable law permits, Kemon Poray and its operator disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or third-party contributions. You remain responsible for checking information and deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or negligence where applicable law prohibits that exclusion. These terms do not promise immunity from claims and do not prevent you from exercising legal rights or reporting unlawful conduct.

Changes and applicable rights

Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Changed terms apply prospectively and do not automatically establish that earlier contributors accepted them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

This notice does not select a governing law, court or arbitration process. Applicable legal requirements and non-waivable rights continue to apply.
